Transformational Autumn Yoga
Classes: Every Wednesday
Time: 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Cost: Buy 5 classes for £50 (to be used within 8 weeks). £12 drop in.
Venue: Kensal Rise Constitutional Club - next door to the Lexi on Chamberlayne Road
Transport: Kensal Rise overland or Kensal Green tube (Bakerloo line). Plenty of buses serve this area too. Get the 52 bus and get off at the Okehampton Road stop which is right outside the Club.
Course details
Autumn is a time for letting go so that there is space for new things. It is a time of transformation and dusting off the cobwebs to find a new perspective. The postures will focus on areas in the body that store up excess and on the breath, allowing you to breath more easily and rejuvenate after the summer.
